LEAD TRAINER

Yoga and Kru Tai have been together for over 10 years. For her, yoga is a way of life and a spiritual journey and she still continues to grow in her own practice.

Currently, Kru Tai  takes on the role of a Lead Trainer of 200 hrs. Yoga Teacher Training Certified by Yoga Alliance. And also works as a Personal Pilates Instructor at Satit Yoga & Pilates

Her journey of yoga is never-ending. Kru Tai enjoys experimenting with different kinds of movements and loves to share her experiences through various styles of Yoga, such as, Yoga Flow, Hatha Vinyasa, Power Yoga and Yoga Basic. She is also a certified Pilates instructor from Balance Body and specialize in teaching Mat Pilates, Pilates Reformer, BODHI, MOTR, and In-trinity Board.

Kru Tai ’s greatest wish is to help everyone to find health, happiness and balance through the breath, mind and body awareness.
