On the “Yoga Path” by Kru Wi

Many times, I’ve asked myself questions that I couldn’t answer. I’ve asked others for advice but they couldn’t tell me what the answer should be. I became frustrated and lost concentration.

Yoga teaches that a focused mind is most important. It rules our body, it controls our heart. A strong mind can bring the body through difficulties.

At Satit Yoga, I’ve learned what yoga really is. Practicing the yoga poses helped me to realize that the key to yoga is so simple but not so easy to practice without knowing ourselves. Balancing, breathing in and breathing out are natural parts of living. By learning these skills, yoga has taught me how to be calmer and more balanced. Yoga is life.
