Satit Kingwongsa


     Kru Satit was first introduced to Yoga while he worked in fitness industry. Since then, he started to understand the true journey of the yogi and yoga practice has become

an essential part of his life.

       More than 20 years of experience as a yoga teacher have made Kru Satit establish the goal to share a profound philosophy of life and consciousness of yoga. And to help everyone to purify mind, body and spirit through the practice.

       With his powerful sequencing, Kru Satit always focus on the integration of the fundamental, safety and reality. And always emphasize that breath has an intimate relationship to the overall movement which facilitate a space to deepen the inner connection between body,

mind and soul.

     Currently, Kru Satit works as a Couse Director of 200Hrs. Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training at SATIT YOGA, a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance. And wish to pass on his knowledge and experience garnered over years in order to produce the new generation of professional yoga teacher.


Thanintorn Phakdee (Tai)


     Yoga and Kru Tai have been together for over 10 years. For her, yoga is a way of life and a spiritual journey and she still continues to grow in her own practice.

     Currently, Kru Tai  takes on the role of a Lead Trainer of 200 hrs. Yoga Teacher Training Certified by Yoga Alliance. And also works as a Personal Pilates Instructor at Satit Yoga & Pilates

     Her journey of yoga is never-ending. Kru Tai enjoys experimenting with different kinds of movements and loves to share her experiences through various styles of Yoga, such as, Yoga Flow, Hatha Vinyasa, Power Yoga and Yoga Basic. She is also a certified Pilates instructor from Balance Body and specialize in teaching Mat Pilates, Pilates Reformer, BODHI, MOTR, and In-trinity Board.

     Kru Tai ’s greatest wish is to help everyone to find health, happiness and balance through the breath, mind and body awareness.


Chayapat Phakdee (Tar)


Kru Tar graduated in Master of Architecture and worked overseas in Interior Design for over 15 years before embarking on his yoga journey. Due to many years of suffering from office syndrome, he started the practice of yoga as a form of therapy. Since then, yoga has become an essential part of his life.

Kru Tar is very grateful to have studied and received so much support, knowledge and wisdom from many teachers in Singapore and Thailand. This helped him establish a solid foundation that he hopes will allow him to share and inspire through his teaching.

He specializes in Hatha, Vinyasa Yoga and Power Yoga, and brings a sense of challenge, individuality and cheerfulness to his classes with his artistic talent. His goal is always to offer encouraging classes that facilitate the connection between body and mind through the breath.

Currently, Kru Tar works as a Couse Manager of 200Hrs. Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training at SATIT YOGA, a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance.
